Given a set of customer needs, select an appropriate HP optical
product.
Identify the appropriate products to meet the mass storage needs for a
given customer situation.
Identify the correct configuration of mass storage mechanisms in a
chassis.
Select an appropriate back up sofware solution for a given customer
situation.
